At the Institute for Social and Youth Development (ISYD), we believe that young people—especially those from marginalised and underrepresented communities—are not just future leaders, but changemakers of today. Through rights-based advocacy, inclusive programs, and strategic partnerships, ISYD works to amplify youth voices and equip them with the tools to lead, advocate, and inspire social transformation across Pakistan.
Our Mission
We empower youth through leadership development, advocacy, and creative activism while promoting inclusivity. Our work spans capacity building, policy engagement, and tailored programs for marginalized communities.

Our Impact
ISYD has worked with
thousands of young people across Pakistan, especially in Lahore, Multan, Okara,
Sargodha, Karachi, Hyderabad and Peshawar. We have pioneered many interventions
especially launched Pakistan’s first deaf-led SRHR podcast, conducted national
forums on climate justice and gender equity, SRHR, and created platforms where
youth engage directly with government, civil society, and UN agencies.
